A roasted pepper coated, truffle-like cheese that is full of garlic flavor. It’s made with raw milk and real garlic, and covered in crushed, toasted peppercorns. It is then aged and dried for over 60 days.
 
Garlic Knüt is served by shaving or grating, similar to parmesan, over your favorite savory dishes.
